Drugs Dog Handler post – advanced advertisement notice.

This post requires the successful candidate to be a serving Special Constable, or to have the ability to become a Special Constable, with Police Scotland.

We are keen to give as much notice to potential candidates of this requirement and respectfully direct anyone considering applying for the post to view the process though the link below on Police Scotland’s Special Constable Recruitment page at your earliest opportunity.

If you are interested in applying to become the Orkney Drugs Dog Handler and are not already a Special Constable, we advise you to begin the process and lodge a Police Scotland Special Constable Application with a note in Question 7 that your intention to become a Special Constable is linked to your interested in becoming the Orkney Drugs Dog Handler.
