Speaking with parents at KGS transition evening

Orkney Drugs Dog took part in a special event this evening, June 13, which was aimed at helping Primary 7 pupils transition to their first year at Kirkwall Grammar School.

Tonight’s P7 transition event was specifically aimed at the parents of the pupils. They were introduced to the school, were able to tour around it, and talk to those behind the services that work in partnership with the school – services like us!

We had a stall set up and our dog handler, Kevin Moar (pictured), was on-hand to chat to people and talk about what we do, drug awareness, and to answer any questions.
