‘Siggy the Saab 2’ gets ready for an epic journey

Later this month, Steven and Maur Kirkness will set off in a car named ‘Siggy the Saab 2’ as part of epic trip Rust 2 Rome trip from Scotland to Italy – and we’re chuffed to say they’re raising money for us along the way.

They’re taking part in the Rust 2 Rome banger rally, where participants buy a car for less than £500, choose a route and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime.

Steven and Maureen are hoping to set off, with up to 40 other vehicles, from the Fourth railway bridge cafe on May 15.

We wish them all the best of luck and want to extend a huge ‘thank you’ for picking us as the recipient for their fundraising.
