Orkney Drugs Dog were delighted to receive a cheque for the sum of £500 as presented by Bill Wallace, President of the Rotary Club of Orkney after the ODD AGM last night.

Mr Wallace said: “The cheque given to Orkney Drugs Dog is a donation from our club in recognition and appreciation of the excellent work being carried out by The Orkney Drugs Dog Charity in helping to keep our islands safe. The donation is one of several that we have managed to give to local charities from fundraising that we have carried out ‘virtually’ during this last most difficult year.”

ODD Chairman, Andrew Drever said, “Support from community organisations such as this are welcomed, and we thank Orkney Rotarians for this kind and generous gift.”
